Just got another lump of money.... just coming in small bits for us now. Up to nearly a million in the bank. At least the sideline sections for the first two games are sold out now, and sold some corner section tickets.

The money will come, just need a bit more patience than last year.

Based on my estimations we should have around 1.5 mil in the bank at the end of the season.

Yeah, considering on the matchups they were better than us at everything but passing, I thought it wasn't going to be as close as that.

Couple of things meant we didn't win... late interception which gave them the chance to get into field goal range and win it in under two minutes. Other thing was we had a slight scripting error on our offence (this is according to Opus Pie my OC/GM anyway) and when we were around 30 yards out it opted not to kick a field goal.

Our corners got abused, but we kind of expected that. Overall I think I have created a decent defensive plan... if not a tad on the complicated side!

Really not looking forward to playing you guys at all.. 407 rushing yards today? You guys are laying to waste teams that are on paper as good as or slightly underneath you... so I am dreading what you're going to do to us.

thats been completely unexpected. i had no idea we were capable of that. i suspect that the teams we played werent using the strategy they would normally use in the regular season.

in no way, shape, or form do i want us to blow anyone out like we have been. but theres really no setting for "stop scoring". i would be perfectly happy getting up by 20-30, ond sitting on the ball. but unfortunately the sim is incapable at this point. i did program in a slow down in the ai, but we will have to see how it works.

i have a feeling that your team will be much improved by the time our 2 teams meet up. i certainly dont expect a blowout. good luck to you.
