Something you all should consider is what you unlock for the next season. If you build all corners in your first season. The only thing available to you in the next year is 2 endzones and 2 sidelines. If you build an endzone and two corners on one side you unlock 2 200 lvl corners and an extra 200 lvl endzone for the next season.

Planning ahead can be very beneficial. It would suck to make a title run and end the season with 10 million in cash and only be able to spend 4 on construction. That is a huge amount of potential profit lost do to poor planning.

I honestly don't know how you would have managed what you have done by the start of next season.

Even if you took out a loan at the beginning when you got the team, you could in theory have built two corner sections if you didn't give any players signing bonuses.

Then you would have had to have 2 million remaining at the end of the season, plus another 1.5 million loan in order to build the other two corner sections and the end zone.

I'm not saying it's impossible as obviously you have shown it is... but it's rare anyone has ever managed what you have done. You're going to be outdoing everyone in terms of revenue this season.

Erm... yes. Well it was nothing really directed at you per se.... I'm just impressed you've managed to expand that much in two seasons... you must have only just had enough cash to do it.

and no....i didnt build before last season. i wasnt aware that i could have until much later. had i done it....i would have had the whole lower bowl done. real shame actually. oh well.

i would love to take the credit for it, but npilagin is the guy that did all the building. He is a whiz with numbers. To answer your questions though, we did actually give plenty of signing bonuses when the players needed them. we have a good working agreement with our team. We agree to do whatever it takes to win. This will help us. Especially with our equipment upgrades.

now that were all built, ive checked, and it seems that about 85% of the conference has expanded the stadium.

A team I GM had the entire bottom and all seats bought during the offseason, but they did wwin the championship too
