Now we're talking - getting the blood pumping - the Bears & Maulers are ready for Season 4. There was slight sarcasm in my statement there, he actually played pretty well. I hate the offseason - ready for game action.

I really hope we get to play the Maulers this season.I love nothing more than trash talk, it's only fun though if the teams get to play.Damn, I can't wait for the season to start.

Yeah, there is a slim chance we'll play in the season but we can always schedule a Friendlie

Yeah, not really harder.. it takes 2-3 seconds depending on how fast i can move the mouse to the roster page and how long it takes my cpu to load. Seems like it takes more time to take players off / put them on(i know it doesn't take that long, but in comparison) then it is really worth.

This post would have merit if any of those statistics were true.

David Guhard was 6th in the league in TDs with a whopping 9
SD Sutherland had 23
alejandro buamsche had 16
Joe 747 Adams had 12
Steve Stuart had 11
Thaddeus Challis had 10

David Guhard was 10th in passing percentage (among QBs with 50 or more attempts) - I won't list the 9 above him.

And finally, David Guhard was 4th in Yards/Attempt, behind buamsche, mcnasty, and sutherland.

Now if you want to say that Guhard was 3rd, 5th, and 1st, in TDs, completion percentage, and yards/attempt respectively in the CONFERENCE, then that is a completely different story.

And as for "Plus, it's for pussies. If you're going to win, do it the right way, don't be a little bitch about it." - it happens all the time at the professional level in all sports. Who's going to start at RB? Which goalie is going to get the call? Are they going to play two PGs or not? Now if you want to go and call NFL, NBA, and NHL head coaches pussies then go right ahead but I'm not sure many people would agree with you.

I'd say I look forward to meeting you guys in the playoffs and kicking your asses, but since you're in the West that would mean we would have to play each other in the league finals, and like you guys are going to make it to the league final...

Sure, it happens SOMEtimes when there are guys of similar ability, but for the most part what you guys are doing is taking your level 16-18 starter and your level 14 backup and removing them both from the depth chart.

You're missing the point. Obviously you can click on roster and see who is on the team. Obviously you can figure out who is most likely starting. So if its so easy for you to do that, why complain that teams hide their depth charts? If it doesn't give them any advantage, why do you care they do it? Its the owners prerogative to do it. Its just a silly fun thing to do to make you press those extra buttons to see the depth chart. I doubt any owner actually expects to gain any tangible advantage by hiding their depth chart.

Nobody was talking to me so I felt lonely. And no it wasn't pretty obvious what you meant. There is a big difference between conference and league. Say what you mean.

And as for what they would do without me? Football is a team game, and I am part of a team. You might be interested in individual contributions and stats, but the Vikings win as a team and lose as a team. We are a primarily rushing offense, and every player on that offense from the HB who actually has the ball to the FB and linemen making the wholes to the QB making a clean handoff to the receivers blocking downfield all contributed to our success. You've obviously never understood the sport let alone played it if you're questioning the value of a FB on a rushing offense.

WTF, you saw that I wasn't 3rd, 5th, 1st in the "league" so you must have known that I meant conference. You even took the time to see what my rankings were in the "conference" so why even post about it?

Quit trying to justify your FB's importance to your team...they are important in real life, but it is not a difficult position to build in this game therefore they are not important in this game...

I can see that whenever I need to feel better about myself I can come here and read your guys' stuff. It's like an instant pick me up to watch you guys argue about this.
