Alot of good people dont care to be in Africa.... I am having a much easier time with my USA team. Sad.

No offense taken. I'm not asking for your (or anyone else's plays). I'm asking for more general thoughts. I played football, watch and love it. Like to think that I know a little. That said, this can't really be called football. My questions - although I obviously did a poor job of being specific - is more just toward thoughts and processes. Somewhat like everyone asking about the original AI settings before the advanced stuff. Also, I only sometimes remember when I was 14 - so I'm far beyond that.

You can't copy and paste. You actually have to go in and set them up. I GM 4 other Teams and tried. It don't work. So I have to take my work and just follow it exactly, but not by copying and pasting. I've been working on the A.I. for 2 weeks straight and have over 40 to 50 Algorithms.

recruiting has been a NIGHTMARE, but slowly, we are getting guys. it's kind of relaxing to know that we're not the only ones with 75 rejections in the "alerts" inbox.
