most of us started with nothing. im sure turning it around wont be nearly as difficult as it may seem. there are very good teams in this conference, who would probably be good in AA's as well......they started with less than you have now. recruiting, gameplanning, and a little sweat should make you guys legit soon enough.
good luck to you.
Turning around an 0-16 team is never easy. I learned through first hand experience trying to recruit FAs (which I started 2 weeks before last season ended). The record is like kryptonite and it's assumed the current management/ownership sucks. They don't know that the new owner took over with 6 games left in the season, or that the previous owner built a shit load of new seats and broke the bank, or that your team talent when you got the team was crap. IMO, inheriting such a team is worse than starting from scratch.
Good luck Airborne. We got the best of you today, but our franchise was in the same boat last season. Keep sawing wood and good things will come.
