I am the head GM of 2 teams that are in the Conference Championship game, my plate is FULL. To have someone come and do something like that, such a greedy, selfish, coward act, that hurts their own team more than anything else, is unacceptable.

So while I wont be too specific, that is the reason for my resignation. My player will be leaving the team and I will sever all ties. I have enough responsibility to other teams where I don't have to worry and I would much rather spend my hard-work on those teams.

My players ROCK, all awesome freakin guys, when their contracts are up I hope they will come join the team I am waitlisted on getting.


Now that's a reason to ban someone from a team, not because of a forum thread. Sorry to hear that man, even though you weren't sorry to here my story. Good luck to you.

Probably an ego thing, but it is kind of bizarre for playoff games. Once you get this far, it isn't about equal time anymore, it's about winning the game. Any individual incentive beyond stats (and I'd take 0's across the board to win) is gone.

In my honest opinion, I would not have posted this on here. This is another thing (in my thinking at least) that should of been between the GM and the owner. Now everyone in the league knows that their GM who "did it all" for the Crush is no longer the GM. Yes he did not tell us who owns the dirty laundry but we all got to see the dirty laundry.

Just my opinion and is nothing against Matt or any other poster on this forum. And in no way was any animal injured during the typing of this message .

I posted this because I didn't want any confusion, I didnt want any questions. I am not leaving my team because we lost and I am pissed. I did not share specifics because I will keep that between the players on my team. They know everything. But I will not leave the team and have anyone in the league question why I did it. I am trying to build, and keep, a solid reputation. I am involved in GLB in a few different leagues and reputations can go a long way here. I don't want a situation like this catching up with me when rumors fly and I get a bad rap. That is the purpose.

btw, if you go to the playoff bracket from the conference page you can click the matchups and see the game stats, etc...just for future reference
