wait so you want us to make the player now? not day 1 of the next season?

I want a starting CB spot.

Is each agent going to have one starter, or one starter AND one backup player?

btw- i've been trying to roll an 18 on speed for a CB but no luck yet. Best I've had is 16. I must have re-rolled 200 times already.

ok just a note regarding the 18 points on key skill from the initial roll. I must have rolled 1000+ times and never once saw an 18 on ANY category for the CB I've created. Best I got was a 17 in agility... once.

I finally gave up and took this:

Strength: 10 Blocking: 8
Speed: 16 Tackling: 10
Agility: 11 Throwing: 8
Jumping: 12 Catching: 12
Stamina: 13 Carrying: 10
Vision: 12 Kicking: 9
Confidence: 10 Punting: 8

Thats fine, really 16+ is fine, i just put 18 to slam home the point.

You can make the player now if you want. I'm still not 100% positive i am going to have the team this coming season. So this whole idea could get shelved for a full season. BUT, if we have the players already made, we can slow build them so when i do get the team, we have them ready to go with a nice advantage.

Maybe, i was hoping to keep everyone around the same level, starting off young and building up.

Asko, let me think on it. I'd rather start with a new player.

Part of this is the idea that, if i don't get a new team until season 5, then we are able to slow build players and be prepared.

Part of this is also that if i get a new team, it might be in a level capped league, so we'd have to be under (i assume) level 8.

ya keep him slow building for now.

just was looking at the potential for teams.

40 A leagues still need to be created. With 32 teams per league, that's almost 1300 teams. I'm sure Bort isn't going to do this all at once, but there might be a good shot of getting a team this next season.

If not, season 5 for sure, and we'll just all slow build these guys until then.

I'll analyse the flex-points situation, but will probably create a CB/KR specialist or a TE. Your call
