Congrats, Angola. You flat out owned the trenches and deserved to win that game. Excellent game planning and near flawless execution. Best of luck to you.

I'd like to have a talk with the GMs from Angola. They always seem to know how to get the most of our their men. They have a great system; The players are always going up against opponents that are 4-5 lvls above them and yet they manage to pull the upset more than not. There has got to be great philosophies behind their recruiting/tactics. Maybe after the matchup tomorrow, we'll chat Angola, until then, good luck to you gentlemen.

When your team is owned by 3 people it's really easy to get everyone on the same page. Plus all the builds are how you want them because you just get together with your two buddies and agree on what to do.

They may be good, but I'll take a team with a bunch of other guys working together to build a team than a team with two other people with a bunch of money.

It's really a double edge sword. Your team have more GMs to do scouting and planning.

We can't afford to boost all the players, that's why we are always levels behind everyone.

Look at it this way, we have less staff, and less money than your team have (collectively), so basically we have to do more with less. I guess if we had a bunch of managers on our team that boosted and had higher level players, people would say we win because we have higher level players.

If you think it's easy, you should try it yourself. It doesn't cost that much really, 10,000 flex points will get you a full squad with extra FP to spare. $70, cost of couple of dinners or maybe one night out drinking. Unless you are still in middle school, then it might be an issue.

To each their own, whatever.

I'm not saying it's easy, but do I think it's easier? Yes I do. You still gameplan well and I never said you didn't. But you can't deny that it does have quite a few advantages.

Oh, and btw its college. Either way, I still don't have $70.

Oh the college years, hang in there, it does get better when you get out.

I really don't think it's any easier. There are benefits/costs to both. It's easier to manage the rosters, we don't have people leaving for their friends teams or people requesting more PT. But it is difficult to scout and game plan, I also GM for couple of teams that have multiple managers, it's much easier to game plan on those teams. There are a lot more scouting reports, and you also get a lot of ideas from different managers. So I think it all pretty much evens out.
