As pointed out one can do write in votes. I think there are more weak teams in alpha which seems to inflate stats, not to mention the compiler was an alpha guy, and one naturally knows one's own conference best.

I voted for D Money as top RB, and wrote in a vote for the CB. You could have done the same thing rather than complaining at people trying to make a contribution.

Besides, he says in the original post to nominate who you want.

Nominate a defensive player you think should beat out Wanderlei or Gossard.
