You do realize that we're playing a simulator, right? This game is basically a series of calculations
I actually make NFL player projections every week of the season and I use a formula. It has proven to be pretty accurate, especially with WRs. I would be willing to bet that there was only one fantasy football site on the internet that had Steve Smith only catching one pass against the Falcons last season.
The point is that statistics are the most reliable resource you have when projecting these things. All the football knowledge in the world isn't going to give you accurate projections, as it is a game of numbers.
