OK, Since my last choice was an obvious one, here's a long shot unknown suggestion for you that will surely get me laughed at because he doesn't have the stats (only one for this position).

While he didn't have the pankakes, Stunners OT, Toodles (Loverboy) McFunkenstein was regularly lined up against the premier pass rushing DE's in the conference and none was able to record a sack (against Toodles), or even get close to our QB's for the entire season.

My receiver had a good season (1000+ yards, 10 TDs), although there were some terrible games. Unfortunately, Bevo D would probably get trashed as the 1st or 2nd string receiver, but that's besides the point.
