Ridiculous amount of turnovers.

Yeah, the turnovers were mostly in the first quarter, weren't they?

We knew you would come out in force. We tried tweaking our gameplan and got the results we wanted, but also lost what we were doing that was successful.

Oh well, the better team certainly won. Good luck in the playoffs. At least you or the Orangebloods will go up to AA...so we don't have to deal with one of you again

You guys have made very nice improvements from last year's 7-9 team. Very nice season.

We're learning, slowly but surely...

Yeah that was a good game, lc512. We encouraged by the fact (as is the rest of the league) that we are guaranteed to have either Austin or you OUTTA THE LEAGUE for next year hahaha.

If we don't give up the Int pick 6, and if GLB safeties actually ,you know, played safety instead of triple cover the TE, we'd have probably only lost by 12. lol. No excuses though, you guys clearly were superior in every facet. Good luck to you!

On another note, does anyone else think that the amount of turnovers in say the last week (real time not GLB time) has been just this side of ludricous? The game today had 6 (SIX) turnovers in the first 10 minutes of the 1st quarter.

I definitely see a change.. so did a lot of others on the main forum. But... Bort says it's all the same. Doubt it.

There is definitely something different about the playoff sim. Not sure if it's that confidence plays a bigger role or what, but there are far more mistakes, turnovers, bad passes, etc.

Yeah that's no joke. My QB had thrown 11 INT's all season up until the last week. He threw 7 alone. Sorry, but I just don't see that happening.

i like the way some "apologists" on the forums will throw up stupid explanations like "Have you ever thought that maybe other teams are starting to catch a clue and make better builds and stronger players?"

as if that could happen over night. There HAS to be something. I thought maybe the confidence thing too, but honestly I think that would affect EVERYONE on the team and not just the quarterback. If he's having confidence problems throwing the ball, h ow come the CB doesnt have confidence problems as he's catching it?

Not to mention a properly built QB has way more confidence then probably anyone else on the field.

I've noticed too that the turnovers come in bunches. Int by team A, next play an interception back to the other team, 2 plays later, a fumble, next play a fumble but recovered by own team. Primarily early in a game. Am I the only one noticing this?

I've seen it too. Thought maybe it was a bug but didn't say anything. I thought it would be a tough game for us against Elvis, and thought we had a good shot at beating them, but losing by 55 points was way out of the ordinary!
