If you guys finish in the top two of your conference you'll automatically move up to a higher league. This is called promotion.

Sorry but Colin is right on this one. In this league, 4 teams move up every season, and 4 teams will move down.

In all of the other leagues 2 teams from each league are promoted (conference champs) and 2 teams from each CONFERENCE are demoted from above. If 4 teams per league were promoted then 8 teams from each AA league would have to be demoted.

Your right, which is goOD cuz that makes ColinS dumb ass wrong. I forgot when 4 teams move down 2 go to each league below them so it threw me off a bit, I was thinkign we needed 4 to move up to keep it even but I wasn't thinking about it too well.
