I think this is rough, but I am close some of the early season two players I am not sure about but I think around 18-20 is there cap this season.

That's a lot of people that haven't boosted, no? Also, you missed a few with boosts. We didn't feel the need to boost before this game because it doesn't matter to us. Yes, we wanted to win but we were essentially playing for nothing because we have the #1 seed all but locked up at this point. You guys _did_ boost. Well, a good number of you, prior to this game. That being said, excellent game plan, you guys won. Tip of the cap to you.

But let's not go down this whole shit talking mile again where you guys call us liars that we have a lot of guys that haven't boosted that fully plan to. You just confirmed a bunch of them and you missed some. And no, I'm not telling you which. You'll find out soon enough. :-P

Who cares, the only thing that matters is that you know you need to boost before you play us again. You need to get back to your 3 levels above the rest of the conf to win. Maybe next time we won't play on relaxed.

So far, most of the guys on CDS I've talked to and seen talking are quite nice and level headed. No need to paint all of them in a bad light because of a few. Just my .02.

Not really, no. We didn't even have a tactics thread setup for you guys this game. No joke. We were already talking playoffs if you must know.

I'm not trying to devalue your win. You won, fair and square. Pat yourselves on the back and live it up. You guys _won_. But we're not eating our hearts out over here. If nothing else, it showed us areas we needed to work on. Like the missed tackles!

As I look in this thread every single Zombie that has posted has congratulated you guys on your win. You guys have a good team and _most_ of us have never said any different. I don't know where a few of you get this gigantic chip on your shoulder but christ almighty. Be happy. You won! No need to be a sour puss, bro.

Keep your .02, you'll need it to buy more flexies to boost before you play us again. The chip is because you boast about your superior defensive stats when you're levels above all the teams in the league. You claim "best pass and rush defense in the leaugue." Technically, WV and Sandstorm's defense is better since they gave up only a few yards less than yours at a much lower leveled defense. But there was only a couple yds/game separting the 3 teams.

And who the hell says we're not happy. There you go assuming again. I'm elated we robbed you of a perfect season. The only thing better than that would be to beat you again in the playoffs after you boost.

And if you're not trying to devalue our win, why go to the trouble of posting the comment.

Well...actually Charlie's defense is the same level as the Zombies and the team average is within a point. Don't know about the other teams.

Ahh, but of course AVW feels that we started it all last time. Sorry bud, that was simply teammates coming together to point out the many false statements.

But honestly, I'm not even worried about it. You guys will say and think as you will. More power to you. Not even worth my effort to start this again.

That being said, I was pleasantly surprised to see that many on the Zombies actually were gracious sports. Brings back some of my faith in the players of this game, and is the main reason I'm not coming out firing back at the moment. We had one hell of a battle, and it's nowhere near over yet. And having been proved wrong, I admit that I should have mainly just called your owner the jackass, but the heat of the moment took over, and I saw nothing to prove me wrong at the time. My humble apologies to every Zombie I incorrectly implicated in my blanket statement.

Although I really must say, I hope avw was right that they didn't even have a tactics thread for us. Just shows an overconfident leadership not testing out some strategies for a possible playoff rematch. Works for me!

1-0 against you this season. We'll see what happens in the rematch. Good game Zombies (well, 99% of you )

Who said anything about gutting a team? Great, you guys recruited well. You're to be congratulated for assembling a stout high leveled team that obviously paid off for you.

And Cubes and I stayed up for two nights recruiting. Just click on our player's game logs. I would venture to guess 90-95% are all from different teams. Is that not good old fashioned recruiting?

Yeah, now our D is the same level as you, but not for long. You're getting ready to boost, according to Avw.

No I didn't miss your previous post. Something about recruiting players that we actually know from previous teams? I fail to see what is unfair about that. We didn't hold a gun against their head to sign with us. With the guaranteed minimim salaries in place, they are paid the same as any other player.

Are you saying that no one on your team knew any of your players before they signed with you? I find that highly unlikely but of course possible. And if that's true then kudos to you. With all the expansion teams being bought, there are no players who didn't post on your forums wanting players to sign with his new team? I would think the odds are very good to favor this. In your book, this is not the old fashioned way, therefore if he has a good winning record it is tainted?

Grow up. It's called networking in the real world. And if you think for one minute your GMs and/or owners didn't do this to sign or recruit players, you're extremely naive. You guys have a great team. I don't think anyone in this conf doubts that. 15-1 will be a great season, but we both know 16-0 would have been much sweeter, that is if you win your next game. It's a good chance you won't though, since your GM's are too cocky to post a tactics thread for that one either.

Wow Charlie Don't Surf. You guys really talk a lot of smack. You guys beat us, who cares the score. We really took this game off and tried to get all of our guys playing time. We only need to win this game or sundays game to have Home Field Advantage. That is all we wanted. This was a great game. I take nothing away from you. But you are taking as though you one the championship. Far from it. You guy still have to beat Toro and then beat a team you lost to, Sahara. If you beat those two teams then hopefully we are playing you.
