It's not the two that win the inter-conference (overall) championship that get promoted...it's the four that play in the title game that get promoted. So even if the Lion Conference wins both Africa AAA #1 & #2, two teams from Elephant along with the two from Lion will get promoted.

Are overalls the same no matter which league you're in? Or do they go up or down dependent on the other teams in the league.

Overalls are relitive your players and their builds, so they will stay the same. Just being honest/blunt I dont think you would fair to well in Africa AAA#1. Might not be a relegation team, but I dont think yall will be a top seed in the playoffs either.
