Nah I'm not saying anything about luck. It's a test of how well I actually built this team. I could have done more if I had filled it out earlier (even with the same players, they'd be higher level now) I just want to see how we stack up against real competition, since we had one of (if not the) easiest second half schedules in Alpha. I am pretty sure we're the most improved team in Alpha (or even all of WEA3) from the beginning of the season.

Still would have been nice to have been on an even playing field from the start though.

There's no question who the smack-talker of the Scorpions is, is there?

I, for one, wish that we could have gotten an easier inter-conference draw. You guys have done a nice job re-grouping as the season has progressed.

I know how you feel...the sim has played some interesting tricks on us at critical times as well. However, rather than "luck", I'd like to think that our gameplanning had something to do with the sim forcing you to do some things you would have preferred not to. You're right though--the new AI settings should allow you to correct that.

In any event, the game was a tremendous battle, and I feel fortunate that we came out on top. Good luck the rest of the season, and if we meet in the playoffs, I'm sure it'll be a classic.

Not to mention that one of those Field Goals was a 49.5 yarder. Sim sucks sometime but it goes both ways.

The sim only calls the plays. 0% short pass or 0% HB pass doesn't mean it won't go that way, it's just not where the play is directed. If your main WR is double covered, I'd rather have him dump it off to the HB any day. The progression depends on your vision I'm assuming, the better the vision the better chance he has of seeing the open receivers.

Oh and thanks. You currently outmatch us by scouting reports, but we should gain more levels by the time we meet (seeing as our team average is lower I'm assuming more levels than you gain). I think you will be the biggest measuring stick of our talent. I'm glad we got you guys, I just hope if we win we don't put you in a bad playoff spot (vs the Hippos)

Exactly. And once you know that, you can gameplan accordingly.

I assumed there would be more science to game planning than there is - it's much more of an art. The Scorp's _should_ be much better than we are currently, but we've learned a lot from each other through the run we've had.

Personally, I wish we had Berlin or Foy for our inter-conference game.

Well next season the gameplanning should be much more analytical.

yeah..i wanted berlin or foy too...i thought the powerpigs would be a good gauge at first but with their recent performance, i don't know if our game against them will tell me much about the other conference.

well i guess we got lucky with getting Berlin for our inter-conference game. looking forward to that game but at same time they probably wish they were facing someone higher than a 7th seed in our conference.

barring one bad loss, all your losses were really close games...so i think it'll be interesting to see how the game between you and berlin turns out.

Thanks Drucken I appreciate the care words. You got a great team. We will be ready for Berlin but I don't want overlook Loch Ness who we play tomorrow. The last thing I want is to get upset by them.

If you beat Loch Ness I would be VERY greatful! move us ahead of them in the PR if we win and they lose
