Both teams that make it to the championship game (1 from each conference) move up

In the guide it says -----b. The bottom 2 teams in each conference drop down to the lower league

so from AAA #2 there are 4 teams dropping at the end of the season, the bottom 2 from each of their 2 conferences. So each of the 4 conferences (AA #3 E, AA #3L, AA #4 E, AA #4 L) will get a team to replace the team that plays in the championship game.

In BBB #7 last season one team from our conference, East left, and one team from west left

This is right. 2 Conference winners move up, bottom 2 in each conference move down (if there is anywhere to move down to).

Fortunately, my two african teams won't meet until the pros.
