More countries have English as an official language in Africa than any other continent. Not only that, but they have the second highest percentage of countries that have English as an official language. North America has the (second) lowest percentage.

Here is my beautiful chart:
Continent-----English Speaking Countries---Overall Countries---%
Africa--------23---------------------------61------------------37.7%
Antarctica----0----------------------------0-------------------0%
Asia----------5----------------------------37------------------13.5%
Europe--------7----------------------------50------------------14%
North America-3----------------------------41------------------7.3%
Oceania-------20---------------------------29------------------68.9%
South America-2----------------------------15------------------13.3%

Sorry about any possible bad data, I got it from the Wiki.

Am I the only weird enough that would do something like this?

EDIT: My chart didn't turn out right (That makes me sad. ), so you will have to figure it yourself.
EDIT2: I sorta fixed it. Oh well.

Well, I was counting countries and territories. Does it still count or is that cheating?

Duh!!! Isn't that common sense. Wikipedia is THE SOURCE of all knowledge.

Considering the Caribbean Islands aren't part of any other continent I would say that it is very reasonable to lump them in with North America.
