it's time to play Dallas you may as well raise the white flag of
surrender, but when you're not playing us you could at least talk a
little bit of trash.
It's boring in here because there's too much trash talking. Frankly, almost any post by anyone about games involving their own team is boring because it's always "Team A is the r0x0r!" or "Team B failz, they're going down!". Those posts are just boring, they just lead to a "We rock! No, we rock!" shouting match and then die out because nothing's being said.
It's a lot more interesting when people post about other peoples' games because there's a lot more "Team A needs to focus on containing the rush and might be able to use their TEs to exploit Team B's weaker LBs" kinds of posts.
That sort of thing you can actually talk about instead of just yelling back and forth for 2 seconds and then running out of noise.
Occasionally you get those sort of honest assessments about the poster's own team, but more often it's "Our HB is the best you can't stop him!" posts which have no hope of ever leading to any real discussion.
So I'd say if you want it less quiet in here, probably the best thing is to post interesting discussions (and that's probably easiest to do by breaking down games not involving your own team).
