Maybe I'm just being a crybaby but to me I think it would make more sense to have a representative from every team cast a vote, that way we could eliminate bias. I understand it would be a bit harder to do but I think it would be worth it in the end.

I personally trust the Alpha people, and I think that they will put anything beside, and look to make the best team possible.

Or even to fix this problem, maybe just have 1-3 or whatever people from each team on Offense + Defense.
Or Have 2 People Offense, 2 People Defense?
Or 3 Vote for all

Regardless, these guys know what they're doing.

How would us disagreeing about who's in be any different than the actual Pro Bowl rosters. No matter what there's going to be someone left out that we can debate over and we will in the offseason while we wait for the next one to start.

I was thinking about doing this for a League MVP thing. Have each team nominate 3 players. Then put a list together for a MVP ballot for Offense, Defense, and Special Teams. Then have each team's representative vote for the league MVPs

Ok, we have our 3 from each conference now. What we'll need to do is each come up with a 1st and 2nd string for the All Star team. When you have your team PM it to me (or each owner doing the list) and we'll see who garnered the most votes for 1st and 2nd team. Keep in mind to attempt to include players from both conferences and not just the best record teams have All Stars.
