I think the 0ffense play creator "can" go someway to helping cut back { a little } on INTs... but that requires work and pretty thorough scouting....With most teams differing on defense that means scouting and adjusting from game to game or at best oppo co-ord to oppo co-ord. Most of the top OCs have 3 or more teams at high levels and thats alot to ask of people
The best way to cut back on INTs is to run more and pass less which has been the backbone of the game tbh
It is what it is but my major grrrr is best xemplified by the OPs team who I oc....Our run game is a little underwhelming as a whole with a combination of some builds some forced dot changes etc so to battle the better teams we have a better chance with more passing...We won a couple of games but I felt we were bordering on going too far so for the last game cut back on the passing to try and reduce potential INTs etc... I think the result was 8 INTs and 2 of those on screens !!!

To be clear, we are like 10 years past Bort changing anything, but to defend the sim as left in a reasonable interception state lacks all logic.
Or, the problem is builds and/or offenses have moved so much in one direction that the int defense we are seeing more of has become possible.

Zeon 54/17 after the lame cats game today. Nothing to fix here just OC better and avoid throwing into the few good zone defenses that are around.

stil you must admit that teleporting safeties are a problem. When someone scream "I'm open" saferies must be slower than the ball. This is not happening. Result is most of the times a pick.

You guys think it's bad, wait til every defense is using the Zone Bait shit that Dr. E started working on. QB drops back, every wideout says their Open, he ignores all progressions at that point and chucks it into a hidden triple coverage.

Exactly why I started this post, ridiculous. No matter what QB settings it seems to still happen.

Spam power runs and passes to the HB/FB. Then, if you face a Zone heavy team, sprinkle some TE seam routes into the mix to break the zones. It's always good measure to run the WR1 or WR2 on a deep route in the 2WR sets when you are spamming the scats. Put that deep route as the third option in the progression tree in case he fakes open deeper down field. Also, make sure to use nothing less than 60 bullet setting, and play around with the bullet passing and open man sliders when you are playing regular defenses and zone defenses. I won't give you all the information, but that's a good start for anyone trying to tinker around on offense these days.

WAR system is really good at using the power backs and block TEs to draw the man defense out of even the heavy zone schemes and attack the single coverages. Just takes some scouting aka work

If new to the game, I believe Peej is talking about having RB1 (whatever your power HB is) inserted into O plays where many teams will more often bring a run stop play (and often more in Man coverage). Just remove HB from the custom checkdowns when doing this.
One example approach might be having a 1st down I Form package, let's say that package is 50% run 50% pass. In that package, you look at your passing plays and decide which I Form passing plays that could do without HB in the QB checkdown list. That would be a candidate play for you to have RB1 in the play... hoping to draw the 4-3/5-2 Man up D. Your scat HB could be in those plays where he'd be effective or the actual focus of the play.
