And they sing as they march with their flags unfurled.

At the Quarter Way Mark
Thank you for purchasing your copy of The Capital Times – the sweetest smelling news in the world!
Week 4’s matchups are in the books and, with the first quarter of the season now behind us, it’s time to take a look at where things stand across our Pro Leagues. Without further adieu, let’s dive in…
5 - Athens Empire – 1-3
Athens had a rough time of it during the preseason, dropping their first two test matches to the Sea Wasps and the Mother F’ers before drawing a tough first-week match up against the Alpha Conference’s season 108 runners-up, Cherokee Nation. Athens would lose this matchup, before facing an equally tough Asau squad in Week 2. In Week 3, Athens would finally notch their first ‘W’, defeating the Odessa Mojo in a thrilling 30-27 victory with an overtime field goal courtesy of kicker Charles “Sniper” Jorgensen: https://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=45244&pbp_id=257373. Another tough loss would follow in Week 4 however, with the Empire dropping a 59-23 decision to WAR MACHINE.
Empire quarterback Amlaith has passed for 856 yards while running back KoB’s Eric Dickerson has rushed for 283 yards. Linebacker Athens NAPKINS leads the team with 18 tackles thus far.
Thank you for your write up. Our tacklers are good but check our secondary and their picks.
