Week 6.
I am once again late. By the time I'm done typing this Leaf League game of the week will be over. I'm still not cheating though!

Cider League

Mizzou Tiger vs Miami Bucks
-Miami Bucks finding themselves in a game of the week! Tigers have been going on a rampage. Including beating Easy Goin last week! Only loss given to them by the Las Vegas Supreme, a monstrous team in their own right. I think Tigers go 10-1 and hold onto that top ladder spot for a little while longer.

Leaf League

Green Bay Freeze vs 2023 Aztecs
-Green Bay offense is a nightmare matchup for the Aztecs defense.

Rain League

Greendale Human Beings vs Quicama Park Rangers
-First game with big ladder rank implications! I think perhaps I might've slept on how good Greendale Human Beings are. An upset is possible! Hell an upset would be appreciated. I want that #3 spot. However very hard to bet against the Park Rangers. I declare this the actual game of the week!

Turkey League

Las Vegas Supreme vs Just Testing Stuff
-A few days back I sent the owner of LA Supreme a friend request and a PM accusing him of being Ellix. He ignored my request and never messaged me back Anyway, LA Supreme is a bad matchup offensively for Just Testing Stuff's defense. I expect them to advance to 10-1.

Louisville Mavericks vs The Concept
-I don't see Louisville stopping that HB. That guy is crazy. Kayoh can be tricky however!

Salty's a great coach, beating Hayrow twice in a row, so GHB are deffo heavyweights. Looking forward to it

I'm in a time crunch so writups will be shorter. I'm still coming with predictions though! Also I figured I should put a clapping icon next to the "actual game of the week" so people can quickly find what game they should be watching if they don't wanna read all this.

-Easy Goin seems to have hit a rough patch lately. Perhaps the chemistry hits have started to show themselves.

-Will Mango be the next to stop the fumble factory? And interception factory? Jeez what a scary team.

Atlanta University Center vs Quicama Park Rangers
-Now I do no official predictions for games that I am in. But between you and I, don't tell anyone now, I plan on taking the W. Also, Mr. Mango in 2 games of the week! #6 vs #4. This is going to fireworks. Big ladder ranking implications! You're gonna want to watch this one people. I herby declare this the actual game of the week!

-I don't know much about CX, but thus far he's done decent. However I do know a decent bit about PH33P. Even on auto pilot he always does good.

Phoenix Scorpions vs House of Drunken Lads
-I have a sneaking feeling the Drunken Lads and I are going to run into each other on the ladder ranking sooner rather than later.

Overall Prediction Accuracy 71% (10-4)

This week has probably been one of the toughest to gameplan for. So many good teams one after the other for both SWS and QPR.

I think 2 teams are stretching me haha. Looking forward to both games though vs Bad Ideas and your good self

Lincoln Prep Blue Tigers vs Minnesota Vikings
-Very tough one. Vikings at one point went on an 8 game win streak. That’s rather impressive in the modern glb 2 climate. Meanwhile DaPhenom and his Blue Tiger defense held me to 6 points and almost beat me. The deciding factor for me is when you look at the Vikings they have 2 very good coaches on staff to bounce ideas off. Hzachary has established himself as a solid owner and Ellix will undoubtably go down as legend of the game. Going with Minnesota.

Leaf League

Green Bay Freeze vs Psycho Slashers
-Probably the most questionable pick I’ve made thus far but hear me out. It’s an all pass team vs an “Eyes on the Prize” zone defense. I’m predicting the upset! Slashers will take it home! They just have to get past Adders very very good defense…..

Rain League

Atlanta University Center vs River City Raiders
-Zone on zone violence! Also, I’m in the game of the week again!

Turkey League

Las Vegas Supreme vs Virginia Crushers
-Perhaps Cyber ninja will save us from Vegas supreme’s rampage. Supreme has just been putting a beating on people. An offense no one has been able to solve thus far. Your only hope is to outscore them. A tough task considering they average 44 points per game. Their one loss comes from when they couldn’t get into their usual offensive groove. That game they only scored 25.

Wind league

03 Skers vs Blitz ain’t dead
-Woah, check out the legends on these coaching staffs! A game of crafty Vets reaching into their bags of tricks. #10 vs #15 on the ladder rank. I have no clue who to pick. Agerm has done an excellent job of strategically randomizing his blitzes to never make a predictable pattern that can be exploited via spamming screens. I would say he has demonstrated that blitz indeed can be a viable play style for some coaches who haven’t yet found their feet defensively. Simply due to the fact Blitz hasn’t lost in a while, I pick blitz but this is a pick em’. I hereby declare this the actual game of the week!

Overall Prediction Accuracy 72% (13-5)
-Drunken Lads get sobered up by the Scorpions! Congrats to Nyria!

Another great write-up. The only credit I deserve is giving ellix control, while I go to glb2 school. Best decision I have made in awhile.
