What cheat... it is just like telling your players to care more about sth. To make this 1st step in some direction. This is realistic part of the game

I mean you just said you build a way and use tags to offset the other. Sure 1st step in the right direction, doesnt mean you suddenly can tackle and break blocks...

I am tackling this issue from 2 sides. Vs outside my dbs are main anty run force. They protect outside with its build. Inside i got mad DT who just slow down inside gaps. So mlbs can accelerate from this 2st back step... and boom. My DEs can absorb blocks. I know that 2 or 3 yards will be lost. But if I force him to pass... I will win. Zone got its perk that lines are moving together so tackle is always a swarm tackle. That is good vs all backs and the price is those 2 or 3 yards

So this is a football game but for some reason people don't like to talk football, but here goes:

Cover 2 is weak to WR3/TE Post and Sideline (Flag or Out) WR1/WR2 routes. Cover 2 gives you 7 in the box/ 9 upfront so it's somewhat weak against the run, but not critically. Cover 2 is best at stopping 4-10 yard passes and preventing 6+ yard runs. It's a little weak to the run and is weak to some deep passes.

Cover 3 is very weak to the run. It's a good match-up against deep passes and short passes, but at the expense of run support. And this is the GLB2 problem. Cover 3 isn't weak enough to the running game. It can (and should) be strong against passing (only 4 Verticals beats it) but it's lack of weakness against rushing plays is the problem that isn't (or can't) get fixed. A good rushing team forces you out of Cover 3 - which of course then opens up the middle and edges of the field for the passing game.

I believe the Tags are just as much a part of game planning as they are to benefit the players.

NE made a living on doing the same system. We don’t have superstars; but we have players that are good at multiple things. So they schemed appropriately to overcome the deficiencies.

A few years back, the Eagles had created an expected dream team. But all those star players couldn’t make up for the coaching deficiencies and lack of depth.

Aaron Rodgers, arguably one of the best QBs of all-time. But how SB wins does he have? 1.

Find a way to overcome deficiencies; and best ways to utilize the talents you have. Schemes, Roster, game plan, and tags combined will provide the top results.
