Now there is a necessity for a goalline cover 0 defense. All man no blitz. Goalline all dogs.

We need "red zone" tactics for defense. The offensive can switch their tactics in the red zone and defenses can't. This gives an unfair advantage to offensive game planning. We have "goalline, short yardage" and "red zone" could be right above that. Now that goalline has passing plays it is not always short yardage situations when we see goaline formation. Yet if we try to prepare for a goalline pass, we could mess up our short yardage tactics. For this reason "Opp Goal Line Formation", Red Zone, and Goalline should all be different line items. Red Zone is for 20 yards to 5. Goalline is 5-0. Goaline formation is when the opponent lines up in goaline no matter where he is on the field, without being linked to the short yardage tactic.

RZ defense tactics is a good suggestion to help cover situations that now arise with the new GL passes. Part of why I had been on the fence about adding GL passes was it might be hard to set up defense against. I'll add this to my list of to dos.

I like the rounding out of the gl formation... that being said I'm still glad qb rollout is gone lol

I think it should be brought back as well as tosses. Need an outside run play out of GL
