I mean I won my last owner ring on a team with no S* and have lost championships to non-S* teams so Im not claiming its impossible or even hard to be successful without them. Calling them overrated though is crazy. A S* power HB is already absurd by J-Man tier.
The only season they don't really matter is rookie where I feel a team with everyone on high contracts would be better.

Lookly at some of their base part of builds they will probably do well but based on roster they will run 5-2 defense pretty much 100% of the time. Which I could see an issue if they play quality teams that gameplan. Their offense will probably be good, as long as they cover their conditioning/toughness higher they will be good on that side.
