Homefield provides bonuses to heart and some other factors in the game - so no revenue but it increases your chance of winning.

No one knows exactly what it is but it's clearly there - my best guess based on experience is a resiliency factor - I've had some games where I was fairly evenly matched with the oppoenent on the road where an early botched fumble turned the game into a crap show for me especailly at lower levels and you never quite recover. At home same issue didn't matter.

I've definately noticed a difference in the morale (2nd bar) difference if you have a turnover at home versus the road.

Very interesting season conclusion.

Nebraska takes down BSB going to 7-7 with some dignity in the opening year but more impactfully opening the door for the Spartans....

Who fall to Mel's Confidential as their offense was held in check by the snow and Spaceballs evil defense all day (only a near pick-6 produced a Spartan TD).

Vesuvius who had nothing to play for totally acted like it taking a hapless team to OT before finally winning in the closing minutes.

The Rangers try to leave the door open for Mel's COnfidential by building a 20 point lead in the 1st half which they then totally squander in the 2nd but Crusie Control then can't complete the comback.

Mighty interesting year one.

So Playoff Week 1:
Vesuvius Eruption at Mel's Confidential Roman Spaceballs (Regular Season Game went to Mel's 10-9)

- AND -

Blood,Sweet, and Bears at Quicama Park Rangers (Regular Season Game went to the Rangers 45-17)

Great regular season-ending! I doff my hat at my divisional rivals who all played great dotball.

GL HF BSB. I'm certain that the score will be much closer this time.

Hope to play you all next season in Sophomore

Much appreciated advice. Thanks. Enjoy the playoffs

GG BSB, what a slugfest! Wasn't expecting such fireworks in the snow.

Mel, congrats on your win too. Seems defenses went on strike this week.

Candidly whomever wins the year 1 title - I'd love to see us "break" Mummy league....

Usually the reset league maintains the highest rankings and is eventually the league as you go up ladder all teams consolidate into - more than us 2 but between Spartans, Nebaraska, Cruise Control , Cash Money and tack on Vesuivus that's a pretty good core 7 - I'd personally love to break Mummy.

GG Rangers.

I felt good about the gameplans going into it - was certainly not disappointed but we also got a little lucky early didn't expect it to be that lopsided.

GG Spaceballs.

Bravo! Great showing there, it was a complete sh** show from our defense, but there's no shame to lose to such as yourselves.

It's playcalling like this that makes me happy to see the back of that stupid DAI

Now go win ladder for the Wolfmen!!!
