In the play linked the DE is covering the HB, and since the HB is the only read, that causes the sack.
The DE turns to the QB at Tick 37 and the sack happens at Tick 45, but the DE was heading to the HB before that. The HB doesn't set and look back to the QB until Tick 37.
So it's either as Boss said, that the DE was covering the HB and the QB took the sack or the QB failed his Pocket Awareness check (my guess) or possibly, both. The HB is considered "covered" from Tick 37-45 and thus no throw or the HB is "covered" for a certain number of ticks but when the HB becomes "uncovered" the QB fails a Pocket Awareness check and the sack happens before he's able to pass another Pocket Awareness check.
