We already have a system in place, so not like a delay of them doing it would effect any of us.

The better builder is one that plans for snow.

You can't really just remove parameters of the game to fit your criteria. Could just as easily say we should get rid of salary caps because it should be more about who recruits better players than having a salary cap play a factor.
