PT definitely overrides Mr. Reliable. If it seems like the opposite is happening (like in the second replay), it's almost certainly due to PT having a relatively short duration and MR having a high proc rate. Even at Gold, PT only lasts for about 10 ticks.

its just as likely that in the second replay it is displaying the latest ability and when PT expires it displays the next latest ability. Mr Reliable maintaining its buff through the power through activation without override is consistent with passive abilities being used WITH active abilities. but some abilities are mislabeled.

Conincidentally Grinder is overridden by mr.reliable as far as i know Passives do not stack either.
