imo a good portion of it is all the low chem - really hard to make things work with the lack of players and lack of chem - you've got a star too much me thinks.

Low Chem is definitely a big deal. We didn't get our players built until probably half way through rookie, and it was midway through sophomore before chem was at %100 and we started to win. I was just giving him a hard time.

Chemistry is out of control in this game. It shouldn't take so long to get to 100%. Currently it takes right around a full season. Yes I've seen it happen season after season. It should take 1/3 of the time at most. By game 10 players should absolutely be at 100%. Think of how many wasted seasons go by with players and team owners getting put at a disadvantage over and over again.

It's easily the worst idea and feature of this game.

Yep chem is mostly what I’m talking about. The other bit is joining the star gauntlet and losing much of the good depth.

The benefits will soon be reaped when the starters hit their stride and we get our run game in, we’ll gladly take these early lumps.

Between your very well paced offense and your disgusting front seven, I’ll need more than just chem there. I went the pickup route with my QB so your pass rush is absolutely killing him and his zero play knowledge

FWIW I like chemistry, but it really shouldn’t take a team a full season just to get 50 out of it.

Well until it is fixed it will be brought up like any other problem on here that get's discussed.

There is a limit of star players someone can create. We are unable to create a new player at a different tier. Everyone is allowed only one account. These rules force users to be on teams together. Then what happens when some of the users go inactive? It fucks over the entire team - the owner who is paying 500 flex points per season and all the other users on the team. You essentially get punished twice- once by the player going inactive and again when you go to replace them.
