That is not always the case, they are random out of the 9 Championships I have played in, only half had SNOW!

Seems the consensus wants weather effects negated for Playoffs.... I'm indifferent since its a SIM...

Or just have home fields and make the regular season have actual value.

I think CD would say the home field advantage was implented into a SA, home town hero and the other for away games, im assuming because it can cause such a huge difference it wouldnt be just a flip a switch add. Classic does the home field advantage but also a ton of other things are added to that as well. There has to be a standard that eazy to slip into the sim. Simply making all playoff games sunny no wind and completly relying on skill and tactics gives it a true team vs team coach vs coach match no variables. And ultimatly i think thats the goal. No variable in playoffs/championship games. Per display of planning and scouting.

I argued hard for no weather. I’m pretty sure I was the only one. I told people to be careful what they wished for.

I think they did a great job in implementing it although I would have preferred just visuals.

We could do a spring season where we start cold and end in the sun. That way playoffs would never be effected by weather.

It really doesn’t bother me though.

I did not downvote FYI.

I like the idea of start cold end warm. All rookie is in the beginning is peewee falling down lol why not throw some more snow make them more entertaining to watch.

I stopped paying attention to the down votes lol people will be people.

Edit: i was honestly trying to make a joke. Obviously the snow had its part in our win was the underlying point i was trying to help ebery one point out. Many can argue that had it been a sunny game the result and score could have been different. You guys ares supers sereals

I think the weather has value, because coaches and agents can build players for it. That's a strategic-level decision which may or may not pay off for them, and adds that particular dimension to the game.

There was no weather in GLB2 at the start. Weather itself wasn't a back addition, but......hasn't really been adjusted since Day 1. Like this was a gripe since the start of weather being implemented. If there was a snow day once in a blue moon, it wouldn't be an issue, but there's a ridiculously high amount of snow days in comparison to real life football, and all towards the end of the season.

Move the playoffs to Miami and say that's your reward for making it to the playoffs at least, a trip to here or hawaii or something lol

Thats new information to me, so its not the community asking for a full on change, just asking for a tweak to whats been added already. It would be nice for the important games to be played strictly with skill instead of weather having such a huge part.

This would be said about any sport in real life... BUT thats not how it works, I love weather variation in sports, it also helps prevent cookie cutter builds knowing you have winter months... much like you have winter months in wait for it... real life. Where as regions would be cool i doubt they will put it in. Then once they put in regions everyone will bitch about how every team they play against has weather dictated against what they build for. At least right now you know what to expect.

Okay the teams that do well in snow are also usually the top tier teams.

If people want to know the way we all do well in snow is simple. All of our builds now have above 50 balance and at minimum 30 footwork on damn near all players besides QB, K, and P. This is the honest truth. If your builds have those two in them it takes care of most of the issues. Not all issues of course but it plays a major impact overall.
