How much would the intimidation on a HB decrease a LBs hitting power?
i dont think it does atleast i have no indication of it on arfurious

To a very minor extent, it might. Intimidation lowers the morale of players near you, so the tackler would have a slightly lower morale - which would mean a slightly lower roll on the tackle attempt.
I'd say you might be able to soften it, maybe less than .5% though - we don't know the numbers but it's almost guaranteed to be a low one here, and intimidation is super expensive... prohibitively so.

i mean drop back power is prohibitively expensive and it doesn't do anything at all atleast nothing it says it does

True, I was just saying that the amount you'd need to invest in INT would not be worth the gain in the regard of softening tackles against you.
Drop back Power is just broken, it does not work at all.

ive read it helps with power running backs more than elusive in the sense of breaking a tackle, elusive cause more missed tackles with jukes and what not.

General consensus is the cost to benefit ratio is way off and it's mostly detrimental to people who invest in it since they could get way more with the points invested elsewhere.
It's something, but because of it's cost it's not worth taking high and it's not all that noticeable at low levels so... generally no, I've not seen too many people sing it's praise for a HB.

its been tested as of season 42 or 43 to non-functioning CD. at the very least its not breaking sacks as stated. It may have another effect but we have no confirmed broken sacks in hundreds of games

I didn't say it was effective.
I said it isn't broken.

Now we are splitting hairs
a broken foot is ineffective to walk on
Edit: please dont think that was a direct statement to you. I thought it was just funny how it was worded. The only question i would have on drop back power is, would balance and toughness also be needed for drop back power to be effective? Most skills arent just good by themselves (except rookie) they need the few other skills around to trully work.
Ph33p i dont know what you guys have done in any of your testing. Thats why im asking here about it.

I mean, they would need everything that a powerback needs to break a tackle, it uses the exact same code, it just changes power running to drop back power if they are in pass mode.
