The game can't control agents who go inactive but it COULD control how much chemistry you take as a penalty when you have to replace them with other players.

I've got a player or two for you, whatever spots you need. I'd also like to help that other guy that recently posted, saying hes back and wants to run a team. I don't really have time for coaching. If you can give me 1 fun spot, like a backup RB/returner, or a TE, I will make 2 un-fun spots for you (o-line, w/e). Same deal goes for the other guy. I'd kinda like to make a QB too, just putting it out there. I will have no S* players available though (I think it's kind of a waste on QB)

that would be nice, maybe if you had you pick up a player let go from another team, he wouldnt lose as much as a newly created player. reasoning behind that could be part of chemistry is taken from the types of players he was around, i.e. elusive back being around speed WR and power running fullback going to a team with oppositeplay style team mates might take a bigger chemistry hit than a player going to a team with similar arch types that they came from. really hope i didnt butch that explanation lol
