I doubt it would happen in glb2. However, as mentioned by team nuc.... it's more of a glb3 idea, even though he was joking.

I enjoy this game, but this is then last run for me with my team. I can't keep fielding almost an entire team. I have 1 guy right now who is inactive, which is my QB. Either hope a QB is free in off-season or make a pick up player to journeyman level which takes a lot of time. However, at the cost of a QB, it's more than I can afford.

I guess I can go the GE route and make a few accounts and purchase enough flex to make 2 free players. That's a sad way of filling a team and would require.... roughly 14 accounts to manage? Lol

This is why I brought the conversation up. Just a brainstorm. It would require a new version of game where there are seasonal teams you purchase. If you want to go the "mmo" route.... you make things like field design, cheerleaders, etc.... extra things to buy, thus allowing the company to make a profit.

Actually i would be okay with a season due (20 bucks) then anything over 36 players is normal flex costs.

What if for every 5 players you purchase you get 1 free player?

I also don't understand why they limit the number of Super Star players I can create. If I'm willing to pay extra for them they should be available to me.

What if when you purchase the team, you receive a certain amount of free players, also comes with 1 S* per current tiers. And anything beyond that, you have to field yourself.

Example:
5 tier 3 players
10 tier 2 players
9 tier 1 players.

Those players would all come free with 1 available S* per tier.

Then you have to field the remaining roster under the same current requirements still.

Editted: I believe this would meet in between what agents are wanting and what admins have currently.

If priced right, this would work too. If not then it will push more away

So what would be their incentive to give away all this free stuff? They would have to counter the cost somewhere.

There is something to be said for the cost of keeping existing customers is cheaper than finding new customers.

Why would they want to keep current customers at no profit or even a loss? I think the game is fairly expensive at both ends.

The cost of owning a team could increase.

Say they raised the initial purchase of a team something like 3,500 flex, then it costs 1,000 per season. And every time your team starts back at Rookie, you would pay the 3,500 flex as initial payment again?.?

Editted: This would also influence teams to finish the run through VET more than just resetting after Rookie or Sophmore alot.

Maybe 10000 initial FP and 5000 FP a season after that would be more in the ballpark. Maybe they could bend a little but I just can't see them slash prices by like 75-80%.
