You either deal with **** like this or you build a player specifically to what a guy is ordering you to because he wants to control all the builds without paying for them.

Try the D-Leagues. You can do anything you want and no one yells.
No Owners to pull the plug or screw you over.
No Coaches to "forget" to put you on the depth chart or create a gameplan that focuses on just handing off to his running back...
To be honest, unless you are buying the team and every player, with every build focused on the exact role the owner/coach/unquestioned-genius, there is no reason what so ever to be involved in the regular league 8-man circle jerk.
