If i had to run my defense Id be lost.

Are you my multi?

It's hard not to get discouraged and give up and hand over a coordinator spot to someone else when you have to learn how to run a defense or offense in games that count. Giving them a sandbox to try different things would be a big help.

This is actually a great point and probably drives away many agents. No sandbox. How are newbs suppose to test their playbooks/tactics?

We should be able to practice against our own players, set up inner squad scrimmages, etc... anytime we want. Or give us a practice per day to use.

Just playing in real games is a shitty way to learn.

I actually suggested practices when I first bought a team because I was like "How in the hell am I suppose to learn how these tactics and plays work?"

Practicing one's own off vs def would be awesome. Maybe make them like 10/20 flex to run

I think it should be like real life, where you get one per day or one in the off day.

For it to be implemented, they're gonna want you to pay

I doubt it. They are already charging for scrims. A practice per day should be included with owning a team. Maybe if you want to hold multiple practices per day.

I came over from the original GLB. For years I just created players. I couldn't get them onto teams constantly and they ended up on CPU's more often than not. This season I decide to buy a team. I signed a Defensive Coordinator (YTwins) who abruptly left my team after a few games with no communication. Then I signed TyDavis after he responded to my plee for help. But alas he never actually responded to my messages or assisted in any actual Defensive game planing.

So basically I'm struggling getting into the established community here.

My team has actually been doing okay. I bought goal line scout and have studied my butt off on what works and what doesn't'.

There you have it. Keep at it keep grinding and I bet you could be better than most coaches you could get. Even if they have have more experience than you they likely wont give a damn if your team wins or loses, at least the way you would.

There are a lot of guys the would be willing to help you but don't want the workload of doing it all for you. Ask questions there are a lot of tactic nerds that like to discuss these things.

If you guys find a new guy to the game, send them my way

Looking for a new agent that will stick around even if they only stay a season. Let them have some fun without buying flex.
