Ummm....no. Always in a dome = 0 penalties. Always in the snow = penalties to morale and speed. Always in a dome is the most fair answer.

Weather in general was never balanced. It wasn't a problem at first...but then it was tweeked it to make its effects higher some seasons back, and ever since then its been out of wack. Games already have way too much RNG as it it, extreme weather only exacerbates the situation. And again, if a team wants to play in snowy weather in home games, cool. Just let others have a choice not too. Would make regular season games have actual meaning.

zero penalties to offense...what about teams that build for a dominant defense? The dome is technically penalizing them comparatively to playing in snow...

sooooo you are wrong

yes, either make it completely random each day, or have it alternate summer/winter for playoff weather

Or leave weather as is. I'm perfectly ok with the current system. It adds another dimension to the sim to plan for that affects both teams equally. Defense wins championships and this is about the best time to actually slow down those all powerful S*HB's who average up to 12 ypc.

I don't care for the inversion idea, having the season start in the snow seems contrary to the spirit of the sim to me...like starting the season in Feb or something silly.

Playing in a dome just negates the weather altogether, which is just trying to get around it and keep an advantage. This goes with picking a regional weather...some of you guys would just pick warm sunny Florida/California 24/7 just to game the system again.

Also, today's championship games were all played in just plain cold weather, no snow.

Comparatively to playing in snow it absolutely does. There is a reason you have down votes on your last two idiotic posts

Ok...so tell me exactly how playing in a dome, which has ZERO FREAKING PENALTIES, can penalize a team??? Playing in the snow benefits teams with high mental skills and kills teams with high physicals. Playing in a dome does not benefit any team....BECAUSE THERE ARE NO BUFFS/NERFS TO ANY SKILLS!

How is this so hard to understand???

Let me guess....2 + 2 = 5
