It's not like we've played a couple J-Man teams and beat them, so now need to move on to Pro. There is no way of saying this is a proper match up.

Guess I should probably keep putting it here for a fix to Ladder Matches haha.... Can we please put a cap on the Ladder Matches, haven't beatin a PRO team, NO reason should be facing a VET team!

Please Cap Ladder Matches to 1 League UP or DOWN

That's still a problem. I can understand if a team is literally whooping everyone a tier ahead and has gotten by the top teams in that tier. But teams are jumping completely out of their element. And it's not fun for either side when that happens.

I totally understand the ladder frustration. People petitioning for fewer leagues within tiers to make league play stronger does not help with ladder draws either though. A single pro league causes ladder draws to come from outer tier teams almost guaranteed (rare exceptions). I agree that something should change with the ladder system due to total team numbers dwindling and the old system is simply less logical with the current state of the sim.

If we end up removing a tier it would probably help with this issue a bit. I'll talk with Bort and Corndog.

My Curiosity comes with wondering where all those experience points would go if you removed 1?

Probably the start so rookie wouldnt suck so much.

This would allow the Galactic Empire's Academy and Flagship teams to line up and off load players at a 4 season cycle. The stars are falling into place for a Galactic take over of GLB!

You'd either start Rookie with the missing points and SA, or combine Seasoned/J-Man points once you lose ladder protection I'd think. Then give us one more tier in Vet and I'm a very happy panda.

I don't believe this solves the issue, Then Seasoned will be Playing against VET just as WWMI did yesterday. I believe the only way to do something to stop the outside of tier games is to set up restrictions on Ladder Matches.

Up or down 1 tier only and you're looking at playing some teams 3+ times in the ladder... especially in seasoned and J-Man, which is pretty bad too. Combining a tier makes getting to vet quicker, which is where we want to be. Vet with 3 seasons before reset and with more teams? That would be awesome.

Personally, I like the journey it takes. To groom the players through their careers, up till their peak. I would however like to see a couple more seasons at their peak like others are saying as well.
