I'd gameplan for playoffs and my main team v competitive opposition, other than that I just try to make sure everyone on the team gets nicely involved

Pretty much this if I have the time. It may not widely vary but there are some minor changes.

I game plan most of the time (prob not the rest of this season though).

The reality is though - every tier probably has 1/2 of the teams or more that are absolutely terrible (CPU / newb / awful) -- and running with a base O and D will still beat them handily.

I try to game plan, but would probably be better off NOT game planning...

Yeah we NEVER gameplan so no need to game plan when you play Nightswatch. We just run base offense, so dont even bother scouting. Again...NEVER gameplan.
