After all hours of the day and night creating a PUP guard and advancing him through one season... trust me that's fun..Let's just be able to create non skill positions at any time, more likely to find a HB or QB but OT and Guards? Not so much and spending flex AND converting cost? Flex disappears at an alarming rate...

well flex is going to disappear at an alarming rate regardless of whether you run through the pup cycle or create a player at any tier. personally i would just be ok with the option to run at least 5 pup games in a row. It's reasonable to ask for just about any pup player, its optional so you can still run one at a time, and it gives a guy about 4 hours of his life back.

Agreed on flex, except for the expense of conversion and big thumbs up for the scheduling of pickup games!
