That's because qbs don't fumble due to bad programming unless it's a sack

Not true. QBs don't fumble because they don't get hit head on, usually. Plus my qb only gets about 40% of the carries.

they do get hit head on, especially on the cb blitzes even against power cbs they dont fumble, doesnt matter if they get 40% when your qb has no energy left he still wont fumble which is bad code.

Yeah but not many players fumble in that situation, its hard to dislodge a ball unless theres a big contact, or you strip it, but that normally only happens when the player stands up longer in tackle, which QB's dont do very often. The QB also often shifts/steps and slows down before contact which is a factor too

Mate chill out, its a good thing QB's dont fumble every damn time, happens enough when they're sitting duck targets while sacked, whatever the reason! The games interesting,a s its not easy and theres not a base model for guaranteed success which is nice

jake how long have you played this game? lol GE has been around since the beginning with zone defense and qb spam that he plays til the other builds catch up in the game and resets.
Nobody is worked up, just laying out facts of the sim. I'm from nebraska so i appreciate option offense, but the reason the qb sweeps are available is the players dont read the qb at all to start the play.
Also if you have drop back grip you wont fumble on those sacks, make sure you keep at least rb and fb in which will help a little with the overwhelming blitzes.
Otherwise I will just keep on building and enjoying the game the best I can

A few years, I learn fast. The challenge is to get on top of that sort of play, a fast defense should be able to swarm his runners, as its so predictable and a zone defense can be used even if limited zone awareness. Im the same as you, I love the idea of options, their definitely taking steps to make the game more rounded, in a few seasons it'll probably be even more so

i wish i had that faith, they come and go on dev changes but they have been trying so they get that.
The problem is, your speed is offset by the suction blocking which he capitalizes with speed, lead block awareness and tech block, the lineman get out there and lock up with your guys while the wr are holding blocks like no wr in life ever has lol. that mixed with broken pathing (known issue) allows spam to be tough to stopped early on. GE knows this which is why he chooses this route then resets at journeyman.

Yeah thats one thin I agree on, WR's should have it really really really expensive to build blocking skills past 30, so cost should rise steeply, dont want WR's with 70/80 RBT

that would imply people would have to build real life WR lol, the thing is apart form impact blocks cbs can get off of blocks 90% of the time which is a struggle here. Toss plays should never be super effective on a consistant basis because of parity of speed but it is. But its football and a sim to always gotta keep it in mind.

So you are saying GLB2 WRs are all like Hines Ward, Larry Fitzgerald, or Mushin Muhammad?
