GG Whoville, Glad to tie up the season series, but I am also quite aware of the fact you've coached the hell out of a bunch of CPUs and I assume now the points are starting to add up against it.

I haven't decided the fate of my squad yet, so there's a chance we renew this next season all over again where you can roll over me with a full team.

Whoville is resetting.

I don't think Whoville can get a wild card spot. They must win the division now. They are playing like they are a bunch of CPU players or something so beating Fury will not happen.

That only makes things more confusing. Season 6 Taurus league the Simpsons and Wolfpack finished with identical league records(11-3). The Simpsons won their only head-to-head game 10-7. Everyone assumed Simpsons would be the obvious wild card team. somehow Wolfack got in instead.

Yeah I remember posting something in one of the threads that the tie breaker system should follow the NFL's system for division tie breakers but it doesn't. I remember one of the mods or someone saying this isn't the NFL in a message but my point was the rules in the NFL were clearly defined and easy to find.

It was probably AirMcMod who posted this which doesn't seem to be accurate due to what happened that season.

Looks like it's now down to Whoville and 1980's for the final playoff spot.

Either Bort or Corndog posted it. Since they posted it (and I copied it into the FAQ thread for reference) I've been able to track back every playoff controversy. If the results for the full league were posted I could probably figure it out.

I'm pretty sure it was a bug. I took a look at that league result a while back, and the wrong team made the playoffs.

Maybe we should test it out?
