I really thought the NJD had a good team but Iguess their owner had an itchy trigger finger and ended up abandoning ship.

I think it was an issue with builds, I was OC for the later parts... still never saw any builds, but the blockers were not very strong nor did they run block well... I think the offense was supposed to be run-first and run-only for the first bit but someone was building pass focused blockers.
When we did throw it around for fun the blocking was quite adequate... so I imagine it was just a misconstrued effort to have the team come together in the same way or someone turned him on to other ideas.
