Let me recalculate. If gold eotp and pick 6 fire, my cb will have 75 int, 95 quick, 80 foot, 80 sprint and pass all balance checks. It will occur in underneath zone so odds are not many tacklers will be between him and the endzone.

Its cose its much easier to get a deflection than an INT.

Nobody answered the question. Has anybody ever scored a TD from pick 6 SA firing? If not, looks like I will be the 1st to do 2 things with this team.

A more productive answer from me is no i havent.

My guy though was made before they made INT's a bit easier so not sure for recent data

Oh..and acceleration increases by 80%. Basically any INT made in underneath zone by my CB will be TD.

EOTP only activates for underneath coverage though... so it's more useful for an LB than it is for a CB.

Even if you get a pick, which will happen 10-15 times per season on a good season, you have an SA that has a max 50% firing rate, mediated by balance. So even with 100 balance it will fire only half the time you have an opportunity. Would you really take an SA to gold that will fire 5-7 times per season?

And that's even assuming that Pick Six can fire. Some SA's are just broken, like Hail Mary. They won't fire no matter what.

Yeah, but other options aren't that great. I was either gonna give them Gold Monster Hit and Silver Zone Shark, or Gold Pick 6 and Silver Monster Hit. Power Tackle is only 55 though. So I'm going with the "fun" SA.

The more you keep trying to talk me out of it, the more SPs I am pouring into INT. It's up to 65 now (80 with Gold EOTP).

And these CBs will play in underneath zone about 80% of the plays.

I've got 2 LB's with Gold EOTP, 70 deflecting 95 and 97 zone awareness, and I think 55 Int. EOTP doesn't fire often enough, and when it does fire, it's often too late to really matter (the ball's already past him on occasion). It's not worth it.

Deflection and Interception go hand in hand for actually picking the ball off. A base of 55 is not nearly high enough.

The ball is either deflected or intercepted, not both.
