Yes, I did a study with multiple sims in heavy rain and heavy wind games. And then some control sims (all against the same team, same playbooks on both sides) on fair weather days.

Heavy Rain had the most marked affect on the sim so far. Wind not so much, heat not really, cold not so much, light rain, not so much. I think light snow won't make much of a difference, but heavy snow I think will be game changing. The affect on grip and balance is magnified in heavy rain, and I think the affect on sprinting and consistency will be magnified in heavy snow.

In the test sims I ran I noticed a big drop in pass blocking as sacks nearly doubled in the rain games, (we ran the same playbooks) while drops were magnified quite a bit, along with incompletions. DB's had a lot more deflections as well and more KL's occurred. There were also a lot more fumbles, but there were also a lot more sacks, so I can't quite say if the increase was affected by the weather.

I think heavy snow is going to have a very large impact on Pulling G's and OT's who might not have enough sprinting to overcome the hit to sprinting, I think we may see a lot more sacks on 3rd down as well to QB's who have ignored consistency, and also a lot more completions on third downs against defenders with weak consistency. Should see a lot more sacks in general if it has the same affects to awareness.

The light precipitation though is statistically meaningless, as is the heat and cold. I haven't seen enough from wind for me to really think it has a very big affect.

Uhhhh, nice information on rain games.

Wind has a big effect. I think the issue is that there might be a bug there, and even light wind has a big effect, so you can't tell between light and heavy wind games, which is what your tests looked at.

There is a big drop off on accuracy compared to last season though when there was no wind.

There are only 3 Vet QBs with >60% accuracy this season. There were 9 last season. Top 3 now is 62.75, 62.44 and 61.58%. Top 3 last season were 66.10, 65.38 and 65.25%.

I'm not sure thats accurate...MY QB's QBR and Completion %'s have increased drastically this season, maybe its the power of the dark side http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/110050

If only your QB was the only one in the entire sim, anecdotal evidence might actually be helpful.

Well if your theory was correct it would show on my player but what it shows is that its not an accurate theory, btw down voting doesn't make you right...you only presented 3 QB's maybe you should take your own advice lol...It's not my job to do your homework...I presented my evidence, if you want more do some homework

Looks like you're comparing 3 to me, can you even read what you wrote? I find your lack of self awareness disturbing...use some SP's on self awareness
