My grip was capped at 45 and did fairly well but yah he kinda had fumbleitis...I guess it depends which skill someone is willing to sacrifice

Well I guess thats the age old discussion. You can either have a power returner like mine who can't see the field and runs towards tacklers but doesn't fumble very often. Or a quick returner who avoids tacklers but fumbles more often upon taking hits. Both have their pros and cons, and it's all about team owner priorities and builder priorities when determining which is better or worse for the team/agent.

#1 returner in the game right now has 43 Carry Awareness and 14 Return Awareness...

I would mention his name but I think he is Voldemort status right now. Also I'd ask if 23 KR TDs is a record but that would be akin to asking if the sky was blue.

He is also a power runner. He doesn't need return awareness.

I don't think any returner does. I'd be interested to see how a fast HB would look returning kicks with no Carry Awareness and max Return Awareness...

IMO any awareness besides Pass Awareness is a waste of SP to take over 40...and any SP in Return Awareness is a waste.

I'm seeing SAs fire at an alarming rate with × Hammered × and C'MOM DAWG both at ~40 Carry Awareness. Maybe I'm just lucky?

40s are decent for power runner

Your HBs are a bit different though. The firing rate is probably still about right when you consider that they are breaking many tackles on every play. More chances for those SAs to fire due to more tackle attempts.
