Imagine if this was automated and integrated into the site



a few of the FF addicts in the world might have something to do in the NFL off season... we might actually attract some new users

talking with stobie now, not only is it going to happen but it sounds like it could be pretty legit if we set up most of the features though GLBscout. obv it will require stobie of doing alot of the adjustments to make it work properly, so we may have to run the league for GLBscout members only to repay stobie for his hard work (im currently not a glbscout member but i would buy in to play glb2 FF)

As Sov. said, nothing set in stone, but ideally I would like to see as a framework where a user would use the GLB2Scout to lock rosters in for that week and then scoring/reporting comes from there. Whether this is a paid feature or not, I am not entirely sure as I don't see any reason to hide this behind a veil if I don't have to. But for tracking purposes you would have to be a registered user as a bare minimum, maybe not paying, but registered none the less.

Sov and I have a bit more to talk about, but I don't see this as a major project now that I am storing statistics for players per game.

Think you should do a seperate pay for this. IMO its a seperate feature that deserves recognition. Also would allow those who dont want GLB2 scout but want to play an option just for FF GLB2. Even if its a minimum $2 a season type thing, I dont think you will see any opposition to that

yeah i agree, i think for stobies hard work implementing this feature he should set a price tag per season for it but include it free for people who are already glbscout members.

sounding like it may be more of a fan duel/draft kings type of fantasy league rather than a set draft a team for a season type of league. only downside i see either way is coordinators will be able to affect the outcomes a bit (ex: if i have my QB and TE from BB i can spam TE post only if necessary, but if my competitor has my TE i can spam TE drive instead and go to my WR3 all game, or even set subs to freq to have him out more, etc etc) hopefully no one willing to go that low just to win in a fantasy league but you never know lol

after talking w/ stobie more, seems like were good to go, may have a test week later on this season to try it out before next season but should be able to implement most of it right through GLBscout tool, will work similar to a draftkings/fanduel type of league so you will be able to pick a new "team" of players each ladder game and depending on the amount of entries that "week" of ladder games, the top scorers will be awarded "x" amount of points and we will keep track of everyones totals, at the end of the season prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
