Even though you don't get a cap booster until a few seasons in, it can still be factored into your initial build (and should be in many cases). That's why I considered putting it in here. When I added it, though, it just made things more confusing. Glad it made sense!

As for 201, I just need to find a way to write it so that it teaches people a general way of allocating points instead of pushing the way I prefer to allocate points. Its much more difficult material to put together.
