Sounds good. Let me know which you would like. I can give you a coordinator position and you can work under the head coach or you can also take over the special teams position.

Now that I was offered and accepted the GM position of the team, a few things:
1) We will try to get someone more experienced than me as Head Coach. With the scouting tool's help, I've become somewhat capable as a coach, but I won't have time for more teams anyway. I'm doing all the strategy for one team and a fair amount of it for a second, and that's all I can comfortably do in terms of everyday tactics. I really hope we can get someone truly experienced into the spot. I will provide a fair amount of input, but especially an experienced HC will have a lot of strategic latitude. As I'm about to list, there are a couple of things I'll insist on about the team and have discussed with Blake:
2) We won't force anyone into a build plan. Your flex, your build. At most, one of is might tell someone "Your player X needs more Y." I know I'll expect everyone to put points into getting Heart to a decent level so falling behind early doesn't doom the team. But I don't know why you'd pay for a player and then essentially let me, Blake, a coach, or a coordinator build him. If someone actually wants a build plan, I or someone else will provide one. But no one will be expected to follow one.
3) We will expect everyone to boost. We are out to be competitive. AP boosts, when they come, I don't see as mandatory (they are encouraged, but not mandatory). Skill point boosts, I do. At the very least, if you don't boost and we can replace the non-boosting player with a booster, we will.
4) This is starting early, so I think we'll fill the roster (right now more spots are listed than can be filled, actually). However (I haven't discussed this with Blake, but I strongly believe it), I don't expect anyone to pay to make players that will play on a team with a bunch of cpu's; so if we're about to start the season with more than about 3 cpu players (I think we could fill that few of slots with human players early in the season), I, at least, won't consider you obligated, or even feel obligated myself. That ought to encourage you to sign up: You don't have to worry you'll sign up and be obligated to a team that doesn't have the talent to compete. Anyone you make, experienced box unchecked, and don't sign even to a cpu team so as to keep them eligible for Rookie next season, if they never played a non-pickup game and have no experience gained through the experienced box, is fully refundable as per GLB2 policy, so there's no risk.

Me too, and to add to what he said. I have fixed the positions now based on his suggestions. I will have a surge in players towards the end of season 13 because of my own source of guys that I can get on to participate. My focus is to not have this team filled by 3 people but also not to have this team filled by 43 people. A healthy balance of 15 will be perfect with a few of them either being people I know personally and other at positions in the staff and coaching.
This team will be around for a long time. I will buy the next season at the start of every season to make sure it continues. If I do ever have to leave the game for any reason (Before it was because I went to Afghanistan, but I don't have to worry about that anymore) this team will be passed down to someone that is already running and committed to the team.

For your receiving HB we are going to use him as a backup HB behind the rushing HB but he will be a return specialist on punt return and kickoff return so speed is important.
